Currently in the Demo, I have figured out that the inventory at the shops are the same for everyone. So if you have a friend who found out that the weapon shop in Port Haven is selling a legendary pistol, it should be there for you too. It should be there until the shop resets. Inventory reset for shops typically seem to be an hour; at least for weapon shops. I have found 3 weapon shops so far, 2 of which sell blueprints. I have seen a rare weapon blueprint. Perhaps there is a legendary blueprint to craft legendary rarity weapons?
