Buying multiple of things

When in the shop, after pressing buy it should go to a “how many would you like” screen. Have this default to 1, and have a text box which you can type the number you want in, and a button that sets that value to the maximum amount the player can buy, along with showing the cost of this purchase in the window. Would save me about 10 minutes for buying 10k of crops

Wouldn't mind this logic to apply to the crafting window as well. Currently you have to craft things one by one and every time you do, it appears to sync with the server and the loading message comes up from 1-3 seconds.
