I believe this already planned, but +1 to this. The current implementation encourages what is essentially a DDOS of the server in order to spam create more items.

+1 to this. As long as it doesn't completely trivialize boating

+1 to this. A grid and/or shape outline of the collision box would be nice to help with planning. Right now it's possible to completely block off a place by accident for potentially hours.
