Crops should grow before being watered, not after

At the moment, crops only grow after you water them. In my opinion it would look better if they grew once completing the timer and needing to be watered again. Watering it and it growing immediately feels a bit weird.

After waiting a period of time, seemingly for the crops to grow, it would make sense that at the end of that period that there would be an indicator of actual growth, not whenever the player decides to water it and it suddenly grows.
